Eligibility and capacity
Customers choose a plan and accept its published source coverage, responsibilities, and limits before paying through Stripe. No preliminary operating review or portal account is required before payment. Enrollment remains subject to available service capacity. After confirmed payment, customers complete secure setup and agree the starting priority and required records. Useful delivery depends on those records.
Packages and monthly fees
Commercial Operating Support has a standard price of $500 per month. Managed Operating Support has a standard price of $1,000 per month. The introductory offer provides $251 off each monthly payment for six months: $249 for Commercial or $749 for Managed. Introductory eligibility is limited to ten new subscriptions across both packages, with one introductory enrollment per brand. When those enrollments are complete, new subscribers start at standard prices. Ending introductory enrollment does not shorten an existing subscriber’s protected period. Checkout identifies the selected package and recurring monthly price before payment. Taxes, if applicable, are shown by the payment processor.
Service scope
TierSentry combines current platform capabilities with professional review and managed operating services. Features identified as planned or coming soon are not part of the current service commitment until TierSentry confirms they are live. Software and processes may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
AI-assisted guidance and approval
AI-assisted features may help organize evidence, explain information gaps, prioritize work, and prepare draft questions or actions. These outputs are decision support, not autonomous instructions or verified financial conclusions. The brand retains approval authority, no partner communication is sent without authorization, and material customer-facing findings remain subject to TierSentry review.
Introductory price protection and renewal notice
The accepted introductory price is guaranteed for six months from activation. TierSentry will provide at least 60 days' written notice before any increase. No increase may take effect during the guaranteed period, and the brand may cancel before an increase becomes effective. After the protected period, the subscription renews at its disclosed standard price, provided the required notice has been sent. If the required notice is not sent in time, TierSentry must delay the increase until the full notice period has elapsed. Month-seven renewal and standard prices are disclosed before introductory checkout. No retroactive increase or mid-period price proration applies to this scheduled transition.
Monthly Value Commitment
For each complete review period with the agreed information available, TierSentry will provide an evidence-backed operating result: an identified exception, a recommended or completed corrective action, documented progress on an existing issue, or confirmation of the reviewed workflow's control status. Financial results are reported only at the supported evidence classification. TierSentry will not recommend continued service when the available evidence does not support ongoing operational value.
60-day value checkpoint
After two complete review cycles, TierSentry will recommend whether the brand should continue, adjust its scope or package, pause, or discontinue. The checkpoint depends on the brand providing the agreed authorized information and responding to material evidence requests. It is not a guarantee of recovered revenue.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. Fees already earned for the current period are not prorated except where required by law. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; TierSentry does not store full card details.
First month scope and review dates
Before checkout, the selected plan, recurring price, covered sources, responsibilities, limits, and cancellation terms are shown. After payment, the customer verifies email, creates a password, completes MFA, and agrees the starting priority, required authorized records, review dates, and first summary date. No preliminary review is required. The first review is included in paid service. Missing or incomplete records can delay useful delivery; the agreed scope identifies dependencies. Commercial Operating Support covers one brand, up to 10 directly supported commercial relationships, and multiple routine payment, order, shipment, charge, and account-profit priorities; DTC is optional. It includes weekly review, up to 25 open evidence cases and 10 active routine managed issues, ongoing authorized requests and follow-ups within the covered responsibilities, weekly progress, and a monthly value summary. Managed Operating Support covers one brand, up to 30 direct relationships, 75 open evidence cases and 30 active managed issues, twice-weekly review, deeper profitability and new-account terms analysis, cross-partner coordination, and one monthly planning session. An issue is a distinct operating matter; emails and follow-ups do not count as additional issues. Closing an issue frees capacity; unresolved work remains tracked across paid monthly periods. A relationship counts only when directly supported, not every outlet supplied by a distributor. Service delivery combines supported software workflows, structured follow-through and experienced review. Weekly or twice-weekly review describes the service cadence; experienced review focuses on material exceptions, disputed evidence, sensitive communications and decisions requiring judgment. TierSentry remains responsible for covered work. External communications use the agreed authorization and delivery process; automatic external sending is not included in the current service. Each file is limited to 1,000 rows and 2 MB. Source-authority limits are 10 per template for Commercial and 30 per template for Managed. Authorized records are required for analysis, including retail sell-through. Bookkeeping, legal or regulatory advice, receivables collection, shipment execution, distribution acquisition, and guaranteed financial outcomes are excluded. A new-account terms review is operational analysis, not legal negotiation or authority to sign for the brand.
The entry plan requires a broader plan or a reduced agreed scope when more than 10 directly supported relationships or more than 10 active routine managed issues are needed. Twice-weekly review, deeper commercial analysis, or substantial multi-partner coordination also belongs to Managed Operating Support. Capacity reached at two consecutive weekly reviews prompts a documented upgrade discussion. Covered relationships, active issues, and next priorities are shown in progress updates. Work beyond a limit is accepted only after scope is agreed; customers can prioritize included work or request an upgrade. Revenue and transaction volume do not automatically change package or price. A paid upgrade requires affirmative approval of price and effective date; no automatic charge occurs. Monthly value summaries distinguish owner-confirmed estimated time saved, evidenced paid assistance avoided, cash received, potential savings, and verified financial benefits, without double-counting.
Customer responsibilities
The brand must provide accurate information, have authority to share submitted business records, maintain secure account access, and avoid submitting consumer payment-card data, passwords, API keys, or unnecessary regulated personal information.
Confidentiality and data
Each party should protect nonpublic business information using reasonable care. TierSentry uses brand data to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service, subject to written permissions and the Privacy Notice. Broader aggregated or network use requires separate authorization.
Ownership
Each brand retains ownership of its source data. TierSentry retains all rights in its software, workflows, methods, models, taxonomies, interfaces, documentation, reports, templates, and improvements, excluding customer-owned source data and customer trademarks.
Commercial review
These website terms are an operational beta baseline and are not a substitute for a negotiated services agreement where one is required. TierSentry may require additional written terms for sensitive data, partner access, custom work, or broader deployments.
Purchase and setup sequence updated September 30, 2026 for new subscriptions. Existing customer commitments remain intact. Effective August 13, 2026. This beta baseline should be reviewed by qualified counsel before live paid enrollment.
